Nahum Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) stands out among NGOs for its commitment to social work and the upliftment of underprivileged communities in education and skills development. Established in Chennai in the year 2023 by its visionary founder, NRC operates under the Nahum Lutheran Social Welfare and Charitable Trust. Our mission is to support young people living in poverty, particularly those who have endured difficult childhoods, by providing resources for their livelihoods. We collaborate with youth, organizations, and surrounding ecosystems—including parents, peers, and local institutions—to build a network of support through programs focused on life skills, employability training, and educational enhancement.
